Once you start purchasing participating products, you will receive a username and password which allows you to
log in at anytime. On this website you can view your Award Points online, print out your latest statement and see details of the points you have earned. You can also redeem at any time, you don’t have to wait until the end of the program to select your reward.
Redeem online or complete the Award Order Form in the pocket of this launch brochure. Remember the more you purchase from your local Countrywide Distributor, the more rewards you can enjoy! You have until 31st October 2012 to redeem your rewards and you must earn over 4,500 Award Points to be eligible to redeem.

The Countrywide Distributor will nominate whether Awards are despatched directly to the Customer or to the Countrywide Distributor for distribution to the Customer. Program Headquarters will use its best endeavours to ensure that Awards are despatched promptly following receipt of order to either the Countrywide Distributor’s delivery address or the nominated delivery address of the Customer. However, where multiple Awards are ordered, in the interests of efficiency, it may take a little longer to consolidate orders and despatch the Awards. Under normal circumstances, Awards will be delivered within 28 working days of receipt of order. Exceptions may take up to 42 working days, unless notified otherwise.
The availability of some vouchers may be affected by market and seasonal conditions. Any of the listed rewards may be withdrawn or altered without notice and under these circumstances, an alternative of similar value and quality may be offered.
