All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Program. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Program. By entering this Program, the Customer is taken to consent to the Promoter using the Customer’s personal information to administer the Program and disclose the Customer’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Program, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Program). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Program, the Customer is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering into this Program, each Customer also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the Customer. A Customer may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter. Incremental Marketing Group also collects information when customers of its clients or business partners, in the case of the Program, the Promoter, participates in programs, competitions, promotions or other services. The information is used for the purpose of administering the programs, competitions and promotions and for ensuring that the Awards offered are appropriate. The information may also be used for the purpose of direct marketing, where recipients will be given the opportunity to decline to receive further material. Incremental Marketing Group will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. Incremental Marketing Group only provide your personally identifiable information to other individuals or companies when it is necessary in order to provide the product or service you have requested or when we are legally bound to do so.
